Purpose of the role:
You will have the opportunity to build a strong profile on the wider administration team and with the Client.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure regulatory and statutory filings are made in a timely manner
- Ensure accurate updates to and maintenance of investors’ records, process all requested investors’ queries/system updates and transfers of interests accurately, in a timely manner and in accordance with internal processes and procedures
- Attend and participate at weekly meetings with Client and follow up on any action points
- Co-ordinate and attend board meetings in respect of investors’ related items ensuring the timely drafting of accurate minutes and the active management of action points arising
Skills required:
- Positive and proactive approach with good organisational skills
- Previous administration experience supported by a relevant professional qualification (ICSA Diploma level or equivalent)
- Good attention to detail/review skills
- Sound technical financial services knowledge
