Purpose of the role:
To assist with the administration, bookkeeping and preparation of annual accounts for a number of client relationships, including a significant AIF Manager and its underlying AIFs (within an Incorporated Cell Company Structure).
Responsibilities:
- Dealing with a varied range of client queries
- Inputting and approving trades and payments using online banking systems
- Bookkeeping for a range of Investment funds including posting all cash transactions
- Calculation of income and expenses of the Investment funds
- Assist with maintaining up to date procedures
- Assist with KYC/AML checks on applicants for shares in the Investment funds
- Liaise with auditors for periodic audit visits
Skills required:
- A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience working in a Funds environment
- Ability to be proactive with very close attention to detail to ensure work is of a consistently high standard
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and applications, particularly Word, Excel and Access
- Ability to adapt to a variety of work on a number of clients as well as changes in business processes (including new and updated software)
