About the role:
As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for developing your expertise, building meaningful relationships and taking ownership for outcomes. This will be achieved through growing subject matter expertise, contributing to process improvements and offering insights based on experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Administration of a range of entities across various corporate and fund vehicles, investment holding companies and fund structuring entities
- Coordinate all aspects of company secretarial matters including the preparation of agendas, collation and distribution of board packs, obtaining directors availability and drafting minutes and resolutions for routine matters
- Coordinate and review the work of more junior team members, where applicable and supervise and train junior staff in all areas of fund administration
Skills and experience:
- The candidate will be expected to be part-qualified with a relevant professional qualification (preferably ICSA Diploma level or equivalent)
- Previous experience in real estate structures would be beneficial
- Strong financial services experience
- Computer literacy skills are essential
