About the role:
You’ll be involved in the full lifecycle of client entities— from onboarding through to ongoing administration—ensuring service excellence at every stage. Key responsibilities:
• Manage the administration of a portfolio of fund clients and associated structures
• Coordinate company secretarial matters, including board meeting preparation and minutes
• Process fund operations such as drawdowns, distributions, closings, and transfers
• Provide technical support and training to team members
Skills and experience:
• You’ll bring solid experience in fund administration, ideally supported by a relevant professional qualification (e.g. STEP, CGI, or ACCA).
• You’re confident working independently, have strong communication skills, and enjoy collaborating within a team.
• A proactive, organised approach and the ability to manage competing priorities are key.
