Purpose of the role:
Roles at this level are exposed to work relating to all aspects of the fund life cycle, from establishment and onboarding to the ongoing administration, through to closure. Administration tasks are undertaken at this level but also as part of wider processes involving other team members and other service lines.
Responsibilities:
- To take responsibility for a portfolio of investment funds ensuring that they are in good standing from an accounting, statutory, legal and compliance perspective.
- To represent a portfolio of fund clients being the first port of contact for such clients and intermediaries and thereby maintaining a defined service standard.
- To produce accurate, timely and concise responses to client correspondence.
Skills required:
- Proven experience in Fund Administration, with experience servicing expert and/or listed funds a benefit
- Knowledgeable in AML/CDD/onboarding a benefit
- Studying/Qualified in Fund Administration/ICSA or CGI/ACCA or equivalent professional qualifications
