Purpose of the role:
Utilising your existing wealth of Fund experience, you will be responsible for a portfolio of complex clients primarily consisting of regulated structures including private equity, JPF’s and other fund-based structures.
Responsibilities:
- Direct administration responsibility for efficiently and profitably managing a diverse portfolio of clients and complex structures
- Maintenance of a professional rapport with clients, intermediaries and colleagues, delivering consistent and seamless client experience to maximise client retention
- Client entity administration responsibilities, to include the establishment, maintenance and completion of diarised actions in respect of tax filing, advice updates, asset performance reviews, Attorney or delegated functionary performance reviews, financial account production deadlines, fee negotiation and settlement, CDD reviews and breach/complaint/error remediation
- Play a constructive role within the wider business, assist the Line Manager/Director with day-to-day client management and support junior team members with their portfolio development
Skills required:
- Ideally, have a professional qualification e.g. ICSA, STEP, ACA, ACCA, ACIB or a legal qualification
- A proven track record of complex Fund administration experience
- Excellent and strong commitment to client service
- Strong understanding of applicable regulations establishment procedures and compliance issues
- Effective working knowledge of systems and relevant software packages
