Purpose of the role:
To provide and assist with fund administration and company secretarial duties for a wide range of fund clients. This will include a wide range of asset classes, SPV entities and carry plan vehicles.
Responsibilitiess:
- Assist with the day to day Fund Administration duties, incorporation of entities, opening bank accounts, ensure legal documents are adhered to
- Responsible for your own portfolio of clients
- Ensure structures follow the governing documentation
- Prepare Board packs, attend Board meetings and prepare minutes, including managing matters arising schedule and ratification logs
- Follow procedures and checklists at all times
- Responsible for meeting client deadlines
- Responsible for preparing Calls and Distributions and circulating quarter FS and PCAPs
- Possible bookkeeping
- Responsible for all company secretarial registers ( Share Registers, Directors Register, Conflict Registers & LP register) in a timely manner
- Familiar with JFSC registry filings
- Maintenance of Navision (CDD only)
- Maintenance of Investran (Investors details )
- Perform Periodic Reviews
- Ensure investment process is followed and runs efficiently
- Actively take part in client take on procedures
- Responsible for collecting and providing CDD
- Preparation and submission of filings with the JFSC surrounding changes in beneficial ownership and controllers

- Min experience in Fund Administration 5 years
