Role Summary
Using your existing wealth of Fund experience, you will be part of a team responsible for a portfolio of complex clients primarily consisting of regulated structures including private equity, JPF’s and other fund-based structures.
You will work closely with you manager, seeking to delight your clients with a combination of a professional and collaborative approach to their needs.
You will be proactive, approach challenges with positivity, efficiency, good humour and will play a constructive role in providing support to junior team members of the team. You will be organised, and detail orientated, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Innovation is welcomed and efficiency expected. Time recording is an important part of the role providing crucial information for clients’ annual fee reviews.
Key Responsibilities
• Direct administration responsibility for efficiently and profitably managing a diverse portfolio of clients and complex structures.
• Maintenance of a professional rapport with clients, intermediaries, and colleagues, delivering consistent and seamless client experience to maximise client retention.
• Client entity administration responsibilities include the establishment, maintenance, and completion of diarised actions in respect of:
o Tax filing,
o Advice updates,
o Asset performance reviews,
o Attorney or delegated functionary performance reviews,
o Financial account production deadlines,
o Fee negotiation and settlement,
o CDD reviews; and
o Breach/complaint/error remediation.
• Play a constructive role within the wider business, assist the line manager/director with day-to-day client management, new business development and support junior team members with their portfolio development.
Professional Qualifications and Minimum Relevant Experience:
• 6 years’ minimum experience of Finance Industry Business (Essential).
• Relevant professional qualifications
• A proven track record of complex Fund administration experience
• Excellent and strong commitment to client service
• Strong understanding of applicable regulations establishment procedures and compliance issues
• Effective use of working knowledge of systems and relevant software packages.
