Senior Fund Administrator

Purpose of the role:

To provide and assist with fund administration and company secretarial duties for a wide range of fund clients within the Fund Business.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the day to day Fund Administration duties, incorporation of entities, opening bank accounts, ensure legal documents are adhered to
  • Responsible for your own portfolio of clients
  • Ensure structures follow the governing documentation
  • Prepare Board packs, attend Board meetings and prepare minutes, including managing matters arising schedule and ratification logs
  • Follow procedures and checklists at all times
  • Responsible for meeting client deadlines
  • Responsible for preparing calls & distributions and circulating quarter FS and PCAPs
  • Possible bookkeeping

Skills required:

  • Be working towards a professional qualification such as ICSA Certificate/Diploma Or Fund Administration Certificate/Diploma
  • Min experience in Fund Administration 5 years
  • Be able to understand LPA’s and M&A’s
  • Good understanding of JPF’s and Jersey Company Law
