Purpose of the role:
Our client is looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment, highly organised, can work with little guidance and is client focused, whilst ensuring the smooth running of our busy office.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage the filing, incoming and outgoing post, archiving and safe custody ensuring an efficient and high-quality service is provided to all departments in accordance with our service standards
- Manage and oversee any facilities matters that need addressing, liaising with service providers and landlords
- Manage board reporting and assist with budgeting requirements
