Purpose of the role:
You will be responsible for providing a range of reporting, functional and communications support to enhance a digital profile, contributing to the day-to-day running of digital tools and platforms, developing campaign materials and helping to further develop their digital strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Manage social platforms to drive marketing and communications strategy, develop channels and improve engagement with followers
- Manage the delivery of campaigns through digital channels, working with colleagues in the wider marketing team to set KPIs, integrate target lists /identify target data from CRM, optimise content and produce reports on performance of campaigns making recommendations for improvements as required
- Produce digital assets for online platforms including website, email marketing, advertising and social campaigns
- Manage the day-to-day upkeep of the website including updating content, liaising with the web agency and monitoring performance analytics
- Contribute to the day-to-day running of the firm’s email marketing tool, Vuture, including setting up new users, providing training and maintaining templates as necessary
Skills required:
- Strong experience of using website content management systems
- Strong understanding of HTML email marketing software
- Strong understanding of social media tools
- Good understanding of key digital marketing disciplines, including SEO
