As a Senior Corporate Officer, you will assist and support the corporate team with the administration of a wide-ranging portfolio to maintain a consistent and high standard of service. You will also ensure all correspondence and other communications is attended to professionally and promptly to meet the client’s needs
Your duties will include:
- Collaborate with the administration team to maintain a balanced portfolio of Corporate Structures
- Create and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues both in the immediate department and across the business
- Manage a portfolio and ensure the administrative duties such as preparing for meetings, drafting client emails, and supporting the timely processing of payments
- Liaising with clients, intermediaries, and banks to ensure a high standard of service and assist with all relevant compliance matters where necessary
- Support junior team members through mentoring, coaching and training
- Ensure yourself and the team are aware and adhering to all relevant policies and procedures
- Create a compliance-based culture to meet the regulatory requirements of the location
