Purpose of the role:
As the Senior Corporate Officer, you will administer and take responsibility for a portfolio of corporate structures and support the Corporate services team to provide first-class service to clients, intermediaries and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality service to all clients, working with their team and intermediaries to ensure the longevity of relationships and provide technical and other support to the team
- Interact directly with clients and support the Client Director in identifying client needs and finding opportunities to improve client service and develop client relationships
- Ensure you deliver on client commitments to agreed deadlines and to a high standard
- Achieve personal targets as set out for your role for time recording, utilisation and working capital management
- Support the Client Director in understanding and acting upon the commerciality of your client book by reviewing and controlling WIP, ensuring prompt collection of fees and highlighting revenue opportunities
- Ensure they deliver on client commitments to agreed deadlines and to a high standard
- Work with the support teams within the business and build relationships with these teams both locally and across the wider group
Skills required:
- Have at least 4 years’ experience in either corporate or fiduciary work and demonstrate a high level of client service delivering against the needs and demands of clients and the business
- Expected to have a good technical understanding of corporate/private client administration and an awareness of current issues that could affect clients
- Expected to hold a relevant professional qualification (such as STEP or ICSA) and to maintain the relevant Continued Professional Development (CPD) hours in line with your qualification
- Be flexible and professional when working under time-driven pressures and will have excellent prioritisation and time management skills
