About the role:
To undertake the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of corporate and fund structures with a focus on real estate, venture capital and private equity asset classes, undertaking a primary client relationship role with several complex/significant clients structured as Jersey Private Funds, Joint Ventures, Club Deals and other corporate and fund structures, ensuring that an efficient and high-quality service is always delivered to our clients.
Key responsibilities:
• Day-to-day administration of a portfolio of complex client cases.
• Have a broad understanding of the principles and practices of companies, partnerships, the Jersey Private Fund regime and other related corporate and fund structures, with exposure to UK entities.
• Ensure mutual understanding of client and Praxis’ expectations and commitments at outset and throughout the relationship.
• Actively champion the Company’s values by promoting a culture of professionalism, teamwork and leadership.
• Understand of the Company’s vision and the strategy of the Group.
Skills and experience:
• Key areas are as follows (note that the Senior Administrator is expected to demonstrate these skills or, in the minority, show potential to acquire them):
• Good knowledge of offshore fiduciary services.
• A proven track record in handling complex offshore fiduciary issues.
• A proven track record in client relationship management.
• Good interpersonal skills for dealing with intermediaries and clients.
• Excellent time management and organisation.
