Senior Corporate Administrator

Purpose of the role:

The purpose of this position is to provide board governance services and carry out day-to-day administration to a portfolio of corporate and fund structures within the Corporate Services team.

Responsibilities:

  • Obtain members availability for meetings and coordinate production of Board, Committee and adhoc meeting packs. Collate and distribute meeting packs
  • Attend (by video call) and coordinate Board/Committee meetings as a minute taker and ensure information discussed in the meeting is accurately recorded. Record all salient discussions, decisions and actions and provide draft minutes and action logs within client KPI’s
  • Carry out all aspects of Board Governance matters, including client on-boarding, maintaining internal systems and databases, company secretarial matters and responding to day-to-day client correspondence
  • Maintain accurate records for all entities administered including contact information, shareholder details and processing all changes thereon
  • Incorporation of companies/partnerships, annual and other ad hoc filings on Registrar portals

Skills required:

  • Must have effective oral and written communication skills
  • Financial services experience and sound technical financial services knowledge
  • Legal degree and/or partial completion of Corporate Governance Institute UK (CGi/ICSA) qualifications preferable
  • Good interpersonal skills are required to develop close working relationships with colleagues, clients and business contacts
  • Very good organisation and time management
