Purpose of the role:
As the designated team leader, you will be required to ensure that you and your team carry out all administration duties that would be expected including, the execution of applicable agreements, the holding of Board meetings, preparation of quarterly cashflows (and applicable reconciliations) along with oversight of VAT returns and payment of applicable fees and costs as become due.
Responsibilities:
- Work in conjunction with Corporate Director and wider team, assisting as and when required in relation to the entities within the team
- Work with the Assistant Manager (and Senior Manager, as applicable) in conducting annual fee reviews for your clients, make recommendations based on research undertaken, ensure increased fees are passed where provided for in the administration agreement/fee proposal and liaise with support teams (accounts, compliance and corporate secretarial) to assess whether work undertaken merits additional charges to the client
- Share your knowledge and experience of similar transactions to assist the wider team and business with problem solving
