Purpose of the role:
Our client is currently recruiting for a Compliance Senior Administrator who will assist the Compliance team by supporting the compliance function to ensure compliance with all regulatory and AML/CFT requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Senior Compliance Manager to ensure that compliance monitoring reviews are undertaken in accordance with the required timeframes, as set out in the Compliance Monitoring Programme ("CMP")
- Take ownership of allocated tests within the CMP
- Be able to identify any perceived risks to the business highlighted by the CMP and communicate these to the Senior Manager and/or Head of Compliance
- Undertake ad-hoc/themed compliance reviews
Skills required:
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience working in Compliance
- Ability to respond to risk situations and remain up to date with appropriate legislation and professional standard
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines, demonstrate responsiveness, provide a proactive approach to work and take initiative
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
