About the role:
To assist the Client Compliance Team in the provision of Compliance support to the Company's clients.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and analyse client regulatory and compliance registers, e.g., complaints and breaches/errors
- Assist in the production of regular compliance reports for regulated clients, their committees and schedule 2 entities
- Assist with horizon scanning/regulatory change monitoring
- Record regulatory correspondence for regulated clients and schedule 2 entities
Skills required:
- A minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in a compliance related role
- A working knowledge of regulations covering of fund, trust, and corporate structures and CDD requirements
- Attention to detail to ensure work is of a consistently high standard
