Purpose of the role:
Working with the Head of Reward, the purpose of this position is to Plan, design, evaluate and administer employee compensation programmes including salaries, short- and long-term incentives which are relevant to and compliant in each current and new jurisdiction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery of cyclical and ad-hoc compensation activities, including RemCo papers, market research and Incentives
- Undertake annual benchmarking with salary survey providers, to ensure salary ranges and total compensation aligns with the relevant market
- Design and delivery of HR, Leader and Employee education to ensure awareness of all compensation programmes
- Provide governance of Job Codes & Career framework in support of the Recruitment and Promotion process
- Create new compensation programmes and offerings as required to support the business
- Support the design, delivery and ongoing oversight of the Aztec recognition programme in partnership with key stakeholders
Skills required:
- Strong working knowledge of Excel essential
- Previous experience of managing annual compensation and benefit cycles in multi-Jurisdictions
- Experience of working in multiple jurisdictions and tax environments desirable
- Working knowledge of Willis Towers Watson surveys, Global Grading and Compensation software an advantage
- Ability to extract and manipulate data from SAP BI to form meaningful insights
- Exceptional attention to detail with ability to manage, manipulate and present large quantities of data
