Job description
The purpose of this position is to assist with the board governance services, predominantly comprising a minutes focused project for a key strategic client of the company under the direction of the Client Relationship Manager.
Key responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate all aspects of board governance matters, including attendance at and preparation of minutes for Board, Committee and ad hoc meetings, including liaison with clients and intermediaries as necessary
- Assist with the production and circulation of board packs in respect of Board, Committee and ad hoc meetings
- Ensure that the service level agreement turnaround times for the production and finalisation of minutes, resolutions and matters are adhered to
Skills, knowledge and expertise:
- The candidate will be ideally qualified or studying towards a relevant professional qualification (ICSA Diploma level or equivalent)
- Sound technical financial services knowledge
- Proficient in minute writing
