an experienced Senior Client Accountant to join our Accounting Services team in Jersey, playing a key role in managing and maintaining the day-to-day accounting functions of a varied client base.
Key responsibilities:
- As a Senior Client Accountant, you will serve as the primary contact for external auditors and work to strengthen relationships with clients and internal teams.
- You will review the work of bookkeepers and produce annual financial statements and management accounts for your allocated portfolio.
- Managing daily accounting activities for a range of global clients
- Supporting audit preparation and assisting with the management of audits
- Monitoring and tracking the progress of financial information preparation
- Identifying opportunities for improvements in processes and service delivery
Skills Required:
- qualified or part qualified (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) with strong and numerical and analytical abilities
- Direct client-facing experience
