Purpose of the role:
You will play a key role in delivering an effective and efficient business change service, identifying areas of improvement and undertake requirements analysis to systems, reporting and business processes seeing them through to testing and implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver an effective and efficient business change service across all areas of the firm (Law, Governance Services, Consulting and Business Services)
- Work collaboratively on a broad range of initiatives focussing on our Governance Services business, continuously improving operational systems, business process and reporting across the firm in response to meeting international strategic objectives
- As part of a team comprising Business Analysts and Project Managers, work closely with colleagues in IT to understand the business needs relating to our improvement and innovation portfolios
- Gather and present functional and non-functional requirements, working individually or alongside the Project Manager and the Project team to ensure successful delivery and integration of solutions into the firm
Skills required:
- Proven experience in Business Analyst role working as part of or leading a larger team
- Solid working knowledge of a Governance Services business and the technology used
- Demonstrable experience of project and analysis techniques and supporting tools for requirement definition and documentation
- Experience in workshop facilitation, requirements gathering, analysis and documentation
