Purpose of the role:
Our clients Statutory Team provides a complete and accurate statutory service to their Client Services Teams.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the maintenance with statutory records, processes, systems, databases and the operational systems
- You will be responsible for statutory filings and submissions, annual returns administration and filings, statutory reviews, AGM reviews, audit exemption reviews, capital and share administration, statutory officer appointment and resignations, Declarations of Trust
- Assist in the review and quality assurance of the Statutory Team’s output
- Share your knowledge and experience to train and coach less experienced members of the team to enhance their technical skills and effective use of NAV
- You will contribute to the provision of technical administration and advice, including statutory developments, such as changes in statutory filing procedures as applicable to statutory services
Skills required:
- Experience of working in a fiduciary environment
- Statutory experience
- Well organised and have a pragmatic approach
- Methodical, analytical with an eye for detail
