Purpose of the role:
This role involves administering a varied portfolio of complex clients whilest demonstrating commercial acumen and ensuring excellent client service delivery at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Liaising with clients and intermediaries in relation to a variety of transactions
- Drafting company minutes, trustee resolutions and managing standard correspondence
- Maintaining client records, conducting annual reviews and assisting to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Act as a key support to the team leader and provide assistance with managing the team on a day-to-day basis
Skills required:
- You will be an enthusiastic individual who demonstrates a passion for client service delivery and has a willingness to mentor and train junior members of the team
- Previous experience in a similar role within the CSP industry is essential as well as the ability to demonstrate excellent technical knowledge

- Holding or working towards a relevant industry qualification such as STEP or ICSA is desirable
- The ability to demonstrate knowledge of a variety of tax compliance and tax structuring would be advantageous
- Excellent organisational, verbal, and written communication skills are required.
- Previous knowledge of Microsoft Navision is advantageous but not essential as full training will be given
