Purpose of the role:
To promote and support the aims of the company and demonstrate their core values of accountable, hands-on, passionate, solutions-driven and partnership orientated.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of 2, providing support to client-facing teams in respect of technical and operational matters, including calls, distributions, standing data updates and fund launches
- Provide day to day support for the client facing teams, in regard to operational requirements e.g. processing of calls and distributions
- Arrange provision of training on the system to all staff, as required
- Formulation, configuration and testing of functionality within the system, in collaboration with eFront
Skills required:
- You will be required to confidently liaise with internal and external clients
- Have a solid practical understanding of closed-ended and open-ended funds and their structure, operation, reporting obligations etc.
- Hold or be working towards an appropriate accounting qualification
- Have working knowledge of FrontInvest or a similar funds' system will be an advantage
