Purpose of the role:
This Senior Administrator - Risk & Compliance role is a vital role for the business, and you will be working to provide high quality managerial support to the Manager(s) in Risk & Compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Escalation point in relation to any potential screening matches or identified client risk
- Maintaining the content within Compliance Registers
- Assist with board reporting and similar management information
- Completion of Compliance Monitoring Programme (CMP testing), identifying risk and recommending solutions
- Participant in Business Continuity Planning
- Participant in Business Impact Assessments
- General support to Group Risk upon request
- Support regulatory/banking relations/auditors and similar visits or inspections
- Training colleagues/providing feedback and guidance, as relevant
- Project involvement as relevant
Skills required:
- Knowledge of statutory filing requirements in relation to the specific client structure is preferred
- Relevant compliance qualifications e.g. ICA
- Experience of Navision (NAV) and Microsoft office is preferred
- Experience of RiskScreen is preferred
