Purpose of the role:
You will be responsible for undertaking a variety of project and administrative work (at a senior level) and will be expected to collaborate with colleagues across the business, in different jurisdictions and across all levels.
Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of the annual salary and bonus review, including the twice yearly promotions cycle. This will include the collation of data for annual salary benchmarking surveys as well as closely working with the Resourcing Team to co-ordinate the annual collation of market data across all jurisdictions
- Support the delivery of global annual benefit renewals, including data collation and analysis ahead of renewal, and assist with written proposals and calculating costings
- Support with ensuring EVP remains competitive and unique, including ongoing collation and analysis of market data and best practice related to EVP elements, including wellbeing, flexibility, career development, workspace, DEI offerings
- Assist with administrative activity required for HR projects, including the set-up of benefits and ensuring that the EVP is evident in new jurisdictions
Skills required:
- Minimum of 3 years experience administration experience, ideally in a professional services environment
- Previous experience supporting compensation and benefit activities highly desirable
- Excellent IT skills including MS Office, in particular strong Excel skills
- Detail-oriented and organised
- Used to working under pressure to high standards and tight deadlines
- Flexible and able to adjust to changing priorities
- Be a competent user of all internal systems, including our employee records system (Natural HR)
