Purpose of the role:
This role fits in with someone who is endeavouring to look to move from a Senior Administrator role to Assistant Manager within a two to three year timeframe.
Responsibilities:
- Update, scan, file and archive records as necessary to comply with record retention policies
- To possess excellent and strong commitment to client service and role model client facing behaviour
- To complete all projects allocated to time and quality
- You may be asked to be part of the “Buddy” system whereby you will be tasked with providing support to new team members during their probationary period
- You will also work in conjunction with the Assistant Manager, Senior Manager and your colleagues, assisting as and when required in relation to the entities within the Team
