Purpose of the role:
Being a member of dedicated and progressive team, providing comprehensive administration services to a international client base and their structures, whilst administering a complex client portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Administer a complex client portfolio, which may include Trust, Companies, Foundations and Limited Partnership
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with your team, intermediaries, clients and client advisors
- Provide day to day training to Assistant Administrators and in doing so build up their confidence and knowledge of Private Client Services
- Undertake the billing and debt collection for your client portfolio
- Undertake a review of the Annual Accounts/Financial Statements for your client portfolio prior to signing
- Acquire, monitor and dispose of assets held within your client portfolio in accordance with the procedures as published on the intranet
Skills required:
- Completion of a relevant Professional Qualification (i.e. ICSA or STEP Diploma Level)
- Evidence of sufficient Continuous Professional Development (CPD)
- Understanding and experience of compliance, risk and the mitigation thereof
- Understanding CRS/FATCA and economic substance, and experience with the classification thereof
- Basic awareness of UK taxation for individuals and offshore structures
- Awareness of current Anti-Money Laundering (AML) legislation and related codes of practice
