Purpose of the role:
To provide and assist with fund administration and company secretarial duties for a wide range of fund clients within the Business. This will include a wide range of asset classes, SPV entities and carry plan vehicles.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the day to day Fund Administration duties, incorporation of entities, opening bank accounts, ensure legal documents are adhered to
- Responsible for your own portfolio of clients
- Ensure structures follow the governing documentation
- Prepare Board packs, attend Board meetings & prepare minutes, including managing matters arising schedule and ratification logs
- Follow procedures & checklists at all times
- Responsible for meeting client deadlines
- Responsible for preparing Calls & Distributions (notices only) and circulating quarter FS & PCAPs
Skills required:
- Be working towards a professional qualification such as ICSA Certificate/Diploma Or Fund Administration Certificate/Diploma
- Min experience in Fund Administration 3 years
- Be able to understand LPA’s and M&A’s
- Good understanding of JPF’s and Jersey Company Law
- Professional in their approach
