Purpose of the role:
Our client is currently recruiting for a Senior Administrator, File Review temporarily for 6 months who will provide administrative services to support the Frontline with delivery of excellent client service.
Responsibilities:
- Action requests for administrative support from Service Delivery teams, ensuring requests are completed to the highest standards
- Execute processes ensuring high standards of data quality
- Executing requests within agreed timescales
- Flag any potential SLA issues to team members/Manager
- Comply with all policies relevant to role
- Comply with local regulatory and AML/CFT requirements
- Report suspicious transactions to the MLRO or equivalent duly designated person
- Support internal audit/compliance to improve and maintain a strong controlled environment
Skills required:
- Relevant professional qualification, ideally A level or equivalent
- A willingness to study towards a JFSC Category C, Table 5 qualification, or equivalent
- Basic understanding of Trust and Company Administration
- Knowledge of systems and software packages, i.e. Microsoft Office Suite, ViewPoint, Bank Clarity etc
