Purpose of the role:
As a Senior Administrator in a Family Office Services team, you will have the opportunity to provide both the administration of a single asset to the provision of services to large multi-jurisdictional structures holding financial investments, residential and commercial real estate, operating companies, yachts, private jets, collections, Shari'a compliant structures and philanthropic interests.
Responsibilities:
- Administration of a varied portfolio of clients, in accordance with procedures
- Liaising with clients on day to day matters
- Responsibility for the maintenance of statutory books for own portfolio
- Assist with the review of accounts/financial statements
- Preparation of CARA (Client Acceptance and Risk Assessment) for own clients
- Requesting CDD documentation
- Understanding what is appropriate and acceptable
- Email day to day correspondence for own clients - ready for review by senior staff
- Delegate more basic correspondence to junior staff, if appropriate and review prior to verification by senior staff
- Delegate payment instructions for own clients to more junior staff - as appropriate
- Review payment instructions prepared by more junior staff
Skills required:
- Table 5 Qualification
- Sound academic background
- Studying for or a willingness to study for a table 4 qualification
- 4 years relevant industry administration experience with at least 3 years’ experience in running own portfolio
- Experience of developing and coaching others on a one to one basis
- Experience of administering portfolios for UHNW private/family office clients and understanding their needs
