Senior Administrator Employer Solutions
Role overview:
The Senior Administrator will report into the Senior Manager within the Employer Solutions Share Trust Team. They will be responsible providing support on a portfolio of Employee Share Trusts, ranging from arrangements for private companies with awards for the benefit of senior executives only, to FTSE100 companies with a suite of HMRC approved and unapproved share plans for the benefit of all employees.
Main responsibilities:
- Onboarding of new clients / establishment of new Trusts, working with other teams were required.
- Preparing minutes to formalise Trustee decisions.
- Assisting with receipt of Trust contributions.
- Arranging Share Plan related Trust transactions.
- Conduction AML and risk reviews for new and current clients.
Essential requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral).
- Strong organisation and analytical skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Completer / finisher.
