Senior Administrator - Client Support Services

Purpose of the role:

Our client is currently looking for a Senior Administrator to join their small, tight knit Client Support Services team. This is an exciting time to be joining a team that are looking to rapidly grow within the next few years.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to other team members with more complex activities
  • Executing requests within agreed timescales
  • Prioritising own workload to ensure all activities are completed with agreed service levels
  • Comply with all policies relevant to role
  • Comply with local regulatory and AML/CFT requirements
  • Identify opportunities to change and improve both CSS and the company
  • Contribute to projects initiatives, system changes or process enhancements that impact the Operations Function

Skills required:

  • Ideally 5 years relevant experience working in Private and Corporate Wealth
  • Ideally to hold or working towards a JFSC Table 5 qualification
  • Relevant professional qualification, ideally A level or equivalent
