Purpose of the role:
As part of a small team the purpose of this role is to provide a hands-on professional service to corporate and fund clients. The role will include supporting with the management of or managing client relationships on a day-to-day basis, project management support for client transactions, coaching more junior members of the team and ensuring that all client deliverables are met in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support in the management and co-ordination of all Fund and Client related matters, such as the acquisition and divestment of assets; investor dealing, drawdowns and distributions, reporting, governance regulatory and compliance matters etc.
- Liaison with clients, intermediaries and advisors, taking responsibility for being the immediate point of contact for allocated client relationships
- Co-ordination of all share related matters (issues, transfers, redemptions) - drafting required documents, liaison with Shareholders, collation of CDD, updating share registers and system records
- Prepare documents utilising the available templates and ensure processes adhere to the adopted P&Ps, proposing updates to templates and processes where necessary to mitigate risk
- Client onboarding support/management
Skills required:
- ICSA Diploma or other recognised financial services qualification
- Experience in a funds/corporate services environment particularly Real Estate or Private Equity
- Knowledge and experience of Business Central and Investran would be beneficial but not essential
