About the role/Purpose of the role:
To work closely with the Client Directors and their Team to ensure all client service functions are delivered efficiently and on a timely basis, taking specific responsibility for a larger portfolio of clients, including more complex clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administering a portfolio of trusts, companies, and foundations including liaising with Clients, banks and investment managers as and when required.
• Maintaining a day-to-day relationship with your Clients including attendance at Client meetings and delivery of finalised transactions.
• Maintaining a highly relevant understanding of Imperium’s policies and procedures and codes of conduct, and ensuring all administration is undertaken in accordance with those policies and procedures.
Skills required:
• Capable of registration as a Category C Employee under the JFSC Trust Company Business Code of Practice Schedule 1.
• At least four years relevant experience.
• Either holding or working towards a Table 4 qualification.
