About the role:
Our ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and committed member of the team focused on delivering high quality service to our clients in the Private Wealth industry. Our Senior Administrators will deliver standard processes and procedures, in line with the client's procedures and using the Business Central system. Taking direction on the team and supported in their development. Our Senior Administrators will have experience, be (part) qualified in professional exams and be able to support the team
in tasks associated with managing client portfolios.
Key responsibilities:
- Client Administration teams
- Senior colleagues in all the jurisdictions and Group level roles
- Compliance teams Externally:
- Intermediaries
- Clients
Skills and requirements:
- Studying towards relevant qualifications (i.e., STEP or ICSA or working towards them, as well as on the job experience.
- Maintain and develop relationships with own portfolio and the wider team’s clients, and provide support to others where required
- Ensure quality client service delivery and all processes meet the standards of the Company
