About the role:
The successful candidate with provide professional advice and/or support, directly or indirectly to team based upon a full understanding of a technical, professional or specialised field. They will plan and ensure progress within established procedures and clearly defined Company policy. They are expected to identify gaps in information, and conduct analyses to solve/resolve problems and issues with short-term consequences.
Accountabilities:
- Responsibility for the administration of a portfolio of trust and company structures including those of a complex nature.
- To review annual accounts on client portfolio and work with bookkeepers and accountants to ensure correct information recorded.
- To maintain the highest standards of administration including the periodic production of reports/analyses to third parties.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
- Proven experience, ideally in trust and company administration, financial services or legal services environment.
- Be studying/Qualified in CGI (ICSA) or equivalent professional qualifications
- Be pro active and forward thinking
