Job Summary
Our client is looking for a dynamic individual with several years’ experience of successfully administering an international portfolio while working closely with clients and their professional advisers
As part of the Funds & Corporate Services team, the successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of fund administration at a senior level, including valuations, timely processing, developing internal procedures, legal, regulatory and compliance requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Administration of a specific client base of funds, management companies and associated fund structures
- Liaising with and acting as a first point of contact for clients, investors and other connected parties.
- Preparing draft minutes and resolutions for entities under management (companies, fund structures and trusts etc.)
- Co-ordination of client board meetings
- Assisting with the on-boarding of new client entities and connected parties
- Setting up of client bank accounts
Key Competencies & Skills
- Strong financial services experience with a working knowledge of the legal and regulatory requirements in relation to Funds
- Holds or is studying towards a relevant professional qualification.
- A good level of numeracy skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Has an enquiring mind, being able to question, research, apply and share learning
- Has practical experience of Microsoft Excel and Word to Intermediate level
