Purpose of the role:
To provide administrative support to the Private and Commercial Portfolio Teams, to ensure the effective management of a portfolio of assets for entities under administration.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation and review of transactional paperwork, including documents relating to fund subscriptions, direct investments, real estate transactions, acquisition and disposal of private assets and, bank account opening, and dealing with any arising corporate actions and approvals required.
- Support the Teams with the Company Secretarial function, including the effective running of the activities of the Boards, by producing Board papers in a timely manner, drafting minutes or resolutions for review, collating comments and circulating finalised version.
- Assist with the receipt of KYC requests, to include consulting with requesting entities, following the Group’s policies and procedures and authority matrix, to provide appropriate responses.
Skilled Required:
- A sound knowledge of the Company Secretarial function with appropriate supporting professional level qualifications (ICSA / STEP) and a minimum of three years’ experience in a relevant role, working at Senior Administrator or Assistant Manager level.
