Purpose of the role:
You will play a key part in providing a wide range of high quality administration services to a diverse portfolio of clients, with particular emphasis on delivering excellent client services levels at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and be responsible for the administration of a diverse portfolio of corporate and institutional clients and ensure that client relationships and transactions are managed effectively and to a high standard in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure that you have an understanding of the portfolio of clients and transactions you are working on, provide technical support and training to colleagues as and when required
- Ensure client and intermediaries expectations are properly managed and valuable relationships are nurtured so as to maximise the reputation of the team in the market place and the potential for repeat work and referrals
- Support the Transaction Management team with the incorporation of companies, effectively complete the on-boarding and AML processes and any related work in respect of the acceptance of new business
Skills required:
- Have knowledge of a specialist industry software e.g. Document Management Systems and Viewpoint
- Have the ability to manage and prioritise tasks, time and people in order to meet deadlines
