Purpose of the role:
Reporting to the manager, you'll be responsible for providing high quality administration for a portfolio of fund clients with particular emphasis on the client service aspects of the business, delivering excellent client services levels at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and be wholly responsible for the administration of a portfolio fund clients, respective management companies and associated fund structures, ensuring that client relationships and administration are conducted effectively and to a high standard
- Co-ordinate company secretarial matters including board meeting preparation and minutes of meetings
- Process routine and ad-hoc fund operations, including drawdowns, distributions, transfers of interest, closings and equalisations
Skills required:
- Proven administration and company secretarial experience
- You'll hold or be studying towards a relevant professional qualification (such as STEP, CGI or ACCA)
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft desktop software
