About the role:
To undertake the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of corporate and fund structures with a focus on real estate. venture capital and private equity asset classes, undertaking a primary client relationship role with several complex/significant clients structured as Jersey Private Funds, Joint Ventures, Club Deals and other corporate and fund structures.
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day administration of a portfolio of complex client cases.
- Have a broad understanding of the principles and practices of companies, partnerships, the Jersey Private Fund regime and other related corporate and fund structures, with exposure to UK entities.
- Understand and apply local legislation relating to drug trafficking, money laundering, terrorist financing and in any other legislation that impacts on the conduct of fiduciary business within the jurisdiction.
- Report complaints, operational risks, suspicions etc in accordance with local procedures.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of compliance issues and the regulatory framework
- A minimum of 4+ years’ experience in fiduciary services and qualify as a C category person under the JFSC guidelines.
