Purpose of the role:
Ensure the timely production of client accounts, including preparation of draft accounts, review of accounts prepared by others and clearance of any outstanding matters in conjunction with Administrators.
Responsibilities:
- Review and sign off accounts files once accounts have been approved.
- Raise fee notes and review that accounts fees are collected in a timely manner.
- Close down client ledgers at year end and input any adjustments identified through accounts preparation process.
Skills required:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience working within the Jersey trust industry as Client Accountant.
- Must have entitled to work status in Jersey (i.e. minimum 5 years in Jersey).
- Fully qualified to meet Category B requirements as described in the JFSC Codes of Practice for TCB.
