About the role:
To actively manage and service a mixed portfolio of local and international clients, containing local traders, property holding structures, investment vehicles and various general-purpose funds to ensure that the client’s needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
• Completing other take-on procedures (engagement letters, setup of Xero, etc).
• Creating and maintaining client files on office systems.
• Creating and maintaining client records in database and practice management systems.
• Responding to day-to-day client queries quickly and efficiently.
• Ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Clearing and filing all emails and post on a daily basis.
Key skills and experience:
• CGI/STEP Diploma or equivalent completed; or
• Qualified Accountant (by qualification through the Professional body); or
• Functional Qualification relevant to function
