Purpose of the role:
Advise and coach Line Managers with performance or employee relation matters where required and assist with other day-to-day matters for the department, coupled with delivery of group wide initiatives and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process payroll, ensuring total accuracy and the data is entered on time to the agreed deadlines for Finance, Head of Human Resources and Senior Management for approval, sign-off and transferring of funds
- In preparation for payroll ensure any changes have been recorded; overtime, starters, leavers and absences
Skills required:
- Two years of Payroll administration experience within a professional services environment
- Desirable to have experience working on the recruitment and on-boarding end to end process
- Essential to have payroll experience or knowledge relating to Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man, UK, Cayman, Geneva and Singapore
