Purpose of the role:
You will work closely with the HR team to provide an efficient new joiner onboarding experience to the business.
Responsibilities:
- Add new employees to HR database
- Register new employees onto benefit portal
- Schedule key dates including induction training, probation periods, end of contracts etc.
- Notify the central services team of a new joiner
- Liaise with existing bursary students and student reps to organise and diarise placements
- Assist with certain aspects of the recruitment process
- Assist in the day to day administration of a busy HR office
Skills required:
- Previous experience of working in an administrative support role would be an advantage
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- IT literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
