Purpose of the role:
You'll be responsible for providing proactive support to the Facilities Supervisor, assisting with all aspects of facilities management for the Jersey office. Collaborative team working forms a key part of this role and this may at times include supporting colleagues with additional duties outside of the core responsibilities of the position
Responsibilities:
- Greet reception callers, and connect them with the appropriate representative
- Answer incoming telephone calls, diverting the caller to the appropriate representative or taking and delivering accurate messages
- Provide holiday/other absence cover
Skills required:
- Proven ability to manage and prioritise workload in order to meet the needs of the business in an effective and timely way
- Demonstrable practical knowledge of facilities management activities
- Working knowledge of, and proficiency in, the main Microsoft applications
