Purpose of the role:
The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for any external visitors to the business.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the reception area is presentable
- Managing the telephone and physical reception
- Presenting a professional image
- Organising and maintaining room diaries
- Booking business travel
Skills required:
Prior experience as a Receptionist or similar secretarial role is preferred and experience with administrative and clerical processes. A good knowledge of MS office, excellent written and communication and interpersonal skills are also desirable
