Purpose of the role:
You will be working within the Technology & Change team to assist with the project management of projects. You will take ownership and responsibility for the management, execution, control and completion of specific projects and work streams, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and programme governance.
Responsibilities:
- Identify project stakeholders, and determine their needs and expectations
- Establish a clear set of goals for your allocated work streams, prioritize demands and produce detailed project schedule
- Defines client needs by listening actively to their requirements and providing solutions
- Manage timelines, costs and risks for project work streams
- Track and monitor progress, and prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders
- Support and direct the Project team
Skills required:
- Educated to Degree level
- Prince2 Practitioner
- Proven experience in change management
- Proven experience in risk management
- Knowledge of local trust administration systems would be an advantage
- Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
